Safe Foundation sessions are a natural starting point if you're not yet sure which direction is right for you. There's no pressure to move anywhere - but when you're ready, we can explore that together. Many clients find that these sessions become a quiet foundation from which deeper work eventually grows, in whatever form feels right for them.

Sometimes you're not ready for goals, strategies, or breakthroughs. Sometimes you're so strung out and exhausted that the idea of doing the work feels like one more thing you can't face.

That's okay. This space isn't about performance or progress.  It's about being heard. Gently, without pressure or expectation.

Safe Foundation sessions are slow, compassionate, and led entirely by you. We'll move at your pace. You might know exactly what you need to talk about, or you might not know where to start - either is completely fine.  

I'll offer a warm, steady presence, some gentle tools and guidance when you feel ready for them, and a safe space that asks nothing of you except to show up exactly as you are.  I am always ready to help you move forward, but I know from experience that sometimes you just need space held for you.

This is for you if:

  • You're exhausted and overwhelmed and the idea of setting goals feels like too much right now.

  • You want to be heard without being fixed.

  • You're not sure where to start but you know you need support.

  • Or you're curious about working together but want to ease in gently before committing to a structured programme.
